Jan 24, 2023 · Not sure how else to explain it really but I’ve tried everything I can find and it’s still not working. The one step I couldn’t complete was removing the brush bar entirely. I press the relevant button and there is the slightest amount of movement and the accompanying noise (very briefly) but the brush bar does not spin.
